Internationally recognized expert in life balance strategies, author of three best selling books, has appeared on the Oprah Winfrey show four times, been featured life balance expert on ABC World News Tonight and on an ABC 20/20 special on stress. She served as graduate school professor for Chapman University
and on the faculty of the University of Colorado School of Medicine. Her original research was published in the New England Journal of Medicine, the American Journal of Medicine and numerous other medical journals. She is a Nellie Westerman Ethics Prize recipient, and has a diverse client list ranging from the Mayo Clinic to the American
Trucking Association. She has been published in prominent magazines & newspapers from the Wall Street Journal to Family Circle.
