Fort Wayne Chamber of Commerce

The Chamber's ribbon cutting/groundbreaking package is available only to Chamber members. The Chamber agrees to provide the following promotion of your ceremony as part of the $150 package:

• Contact the Fort Wayne Mayor's office or the Allen County Commissioner's office to arrange for a representative to attend your event. (The Chamber cannot guarantee a specific representative will attend, nor will be held responsible in case of failure to attend.)
• Send out a media alert to local TV, radio and newspaper news departments to make them aware of your ceremony. (Again, The Chamber cannot guarantee media coverage.)
• Furnish ribbon and scissors for your ribbon cutting or shovels for your groundbreaking.
• Provide a Chamber photographer to take photos.
• Mention your ceremony on social media channels.
• Send out a brief press release to local media after the ceremony with a picture from your event.
• Include a photo in the next Emphasis Monthly magazine.

Please contact The Chamber at least three weeks before your event. And please fill out every space in the form; if a space doesn't apply, note it as "n/a."

By clicking the "submit" button below, you agree to pay $150 for the ceremony. You will be sent an invoice via email to the address you provided above. The ribbon cutting or ground breaking will not be scheduled until payment is received.

If you later change the date or time of your event after The Chamber has already scheduled it with local government officials, you will be charged an additional $50.
