Free space for members
When you’ve got a large meeting to plan or are looking to bring in a speaker, don’t forget that Chamber membership gives you use of our rooms during business hours for free! Catering will be on your bill if you request it of course, but we make sure you get your money’s worth by offering catering from several Chamber members.
And, if you don’t want full catering but think having some beverages on hand would be nice, we’ve got you covered there too. For a small fee, we’ll provide your guests with fresh, hot coffee, a variety of sodas, or bottled water. Pitchers of water are available free of charge as well.
We consider the historic architecture that beautifies our building just the icing on the cake. Also available to members for a nominal fee are the use of a projection screen and/or overhead projector, podium, sound system, TV/VCR combo, flip chart, and black and white or color copies.

All room reservations are subject to approval.
Anthony Wayne Room
Located on the second floor, will seat 160 guests (roundtable style) or 175 (theatre style) or 80 (classroom style). This room is great for weddings, receptions, corporate parties, etc.
Gallery
Located on the first floor, will comfortably seat 60 and can be set up in many different ways.
Briefing Room
Located on the first floor, will seat 20 with a table in the room, and can accommodate more if seated theatre style. This room is perfect for press conferences.
Summit Room
Located on the first floor, will seat eight. This room is excellent for small meetings or interviews.
Ewing Room
Located on the first floor, will seat 20 with a conference table in the room.
