Your voice at The Chamber

The strongest part of our advocacy efforts comes from the expertise and experience of member volunteers who offer their guidance and spend time on business issues. The Chamber has a variety of active committees which assist the Chamber’s core functions within government, air service, member service, and more. You must be a Chamber member to serve on a Chamber committee.

ATHENA Awards

Assists in planning the Annual ATHENA Award Luncheon, ensuring alignment with the licensing agreement and Chamber mission.

Meets monthly to consider issues, policies and programs that may impact the quality of the workforce and the level of comfort in the work environment.

Graduate Retention

Develops, executes and evaluates programs and activities that have the potential for recruiting and retaining the best and brightest to work in Northeast Indiana.

ACHS/Gradute Retection Steering Committee

Meets bi-monthly to serve as an advisory and directive board ensuring a successful implementation of high school internships throughout Northeast Indiana.

Meets bi-monthly, comprised of individuals representing the private, public and parochial high schools in Allen County to promote and communicate the importance of high school internships throughout Northeast Indiana.
